Off to Riverbend tomorrow to be with Casey and Lauren while they induce her. I hope Baby comes tomorrow while we're there, I'm so excited. Then Dave and I are off to our weekend in Newport, hopefully we'll be able to see the octupus feeding at the Hatfield Marine Center, they are such a strange sea creature!

I found this picture of my Brandy when she was a puppy, she looks terified doesn't she. lol. poor thing. I think she was only a month old, and now she's turned into my little "flying squirrel", which Meagan started calling her. :) Which fits her SO well, that's usually what she looks like when she jumps off the arm of the couch!!

This weekend went so nicely, hope everyone enjoyed their Valentine's day with their significant other! Dave and I made and ate tacos in front of a rose and candles then we went on a double date Saturday morning with our neighbors to the Sugar Shack in Reedsport for some donuts. mmmmm..... i know what you're thinking, Missy doesn't like donuts! very true, i know, i'm crazy but they are just too dang rich for me so I had a cinnamon roll. Dave insisted on getting a HUGE to-go box of donuts. He ate all of his throughout the day, talk about a stomach ache! :) When we got home we went out to Neptune State Park off 101, we've always wanted to stop there and walk around but the shore was up so high we were stuck walking on rocks the whole time, I about fell flat on my face! We did take Ty though, he had a blast especially without his leash. Went home and took a nap and made dinner. We hung out outside yesterday, it was so beautiful, cleaned up the front yard FINALLY and had a BBQ with the neighbors, nummy steaks!

Just checking in.... I survived the dentist appts, hurt like a son of a gun but at least it's over. No more work to be done until next year when they decide to pull out my wisdom teeth. I'm just ecstatic over it, really. NOT. Things are going well, Valentines is Saturday and I'm really not too upset we're not doing anything. I think Dave and I will be going to the beach to look for shells with the dogs, of course after we just cleaned all of them. Oh well, life of a dog. :) Tuesday is our anniversary of 5 years though so we'll probably go to Traveler's for dinner, it's "our" place. I've got something up my sleeve though for the 28th in Newport and of course he doesn't know yet. He's not one for romantic planning so I don't mind taking over, at least that way I know it'll be well worth it.
Our good friend Casey and his girlfriend Lauren are having a baby and should be going into labor within the next week or two. The baby party was nice, right on the lake.... all the guys were bummed because they didn't bring their poles. Silly boys. There was yet again another diaper cake at this shower as well but once again I went over the top so of course mine was better! Almost crash and burned though when a little person tried to carry it to Lauren during present time. They really like it though so that makes it all worth it. So at this point I have no pending diaper cakes so if you know anyone who is interested, let me know!

Second and Last for the YEAR!!

Today is my last appt for the dang dentist, finally. I have to get the other side of my mouth deep cleaned, yuck. Wish me luck.
